Pavel Goltsblat, Founder
Eighteen years in international capital markets, institutional banking and his own advisory businesses. Based in Dubai since 2022, Pavel advises families and their companies on structure, banking and cross-border affairs.
2022 – present · Dubai. Founded B S P Management Consulting to serve private clients and families with assets across the UAE, the UK, Europe and the CIS.
2020 – 2022 · Independent licensed advisor to UHNWIs and family offices.
2017 – 2019 · Bulge-bracket investment bank. Structured financing for large family offices, including margin lending, repo and forward financing. A book of around USD 3.5bn.
2015 – 2017 · ITI Capital. Helped build the brokerage business: hiring, operations, products and research.
2014 – 2015 · London. Founded an FCA-authorised investment manager and broker.
2009 – 2013 · Merrill Lynch, London. Structured products sales across fixed income, FX and rates derivatives, then equities sales and trading.
